COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 1 TO 50 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 105 OF 1997)

Under section 54 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 105 of 1997), I hereby fix 13 November 1998 as the date on which sections 1 to 50 of the said Act shall come into operation.
