COMMENCEMENT OF THE STATE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 88 OF 1998)
In terms of section 29 (1) of the State Information Technology Agency Act, 1998 (Act No. 88 of 1998), I hereby determine 2 November 1998 as the date which the said Act shall come into operation.
