COMMENCEMENT OF THE SAFE DEPOSIT OF SECURITIES AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 38 OF 1998)

Under section 16 of the Safe Deposit of Securities Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 38 of 1998), I hereby determine 2 November 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
