COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE NATIONAL PROSECUTING AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 32 OF 1998)

Under section 46 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998),1 hereby fix 16 October 1998 as the date on which sections 1 to 8, 11, 13 to 16, 18 to 37 and 39 to 46 of the said Act shall come into operation.
