REGULATION OF FOREIGN MILITARY ASSISTANCE ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 15 OF 1998)

In terms of section 12 of the Regulation of Foreign Military Assistance Act, 1998 (Act No. 15 of 1998), I hereby determine 18 September 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
