SOUTH AFRICAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY LEVIES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 41 OF 1998}

In terms of section 4 of the South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998), I hereby determine 15 September 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
