by the President of the Republic of South Africa
NATURAL FATHERS OF CHILDREN BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 86 OF 1997)
Under section 12 of the Natural Feathers of children Born out of Wedlock Act, 1997 (Act No. 86 of 1997), I hereby fix 4 September 1998 as the date on which the said Act, with the exception of section 6, shall come into operation.
