ASSIGNMENT OF THE TRANSKEI GAMBLING ACT, 1979, TO THE PROVINCE OF THE EASTERN CAPE UNDER ITEM 14 OF SCHEDULE 6 TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, 1996

Under item 14 of Schedule 6 to the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996), I hereby assign the administration of the Transkei Gambling Act, 1979 (Act No. 6 of 1979) to the authority within the provincial executive designated by the Executive Council of the province of the Eastern Cape.
