NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS ACT, 1997 ( ACT No. 71 of 1997)

In terms of section 36 of the Non-profit Organisations Act, 1997 ( ACT No. 71 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 September 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
