COMMENCEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DURBAN-WESTVILLE (PRIVATE) AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 32 OF 1997)

In terms of section 4 of the University of Durban-Westville (Private) Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 32 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 September 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall commence.
