AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994
(PROCLAMATION No. 103 OF 1994)

Under the powers vested in me by section 7(5) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, in accordance with the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, Schedule 2 of the said Act by the deletion columns I and II of the words "Central Statistical Service" and "Head: Central Statistical Service" and the insertion in columns I and II of the words "Statistics South Africa" and "Head: Statistics South Africa" after the words "Office for Put Enterprises" and "Head: Office for Public Enterprises".
