PUBLIC FUNDING OF REPRESENTED POLITICAL PARTIES ACT, 1997
(ACT No. 103 OF 1997)

Under section 11 of the Public Funding of Represented Political Parties Act, 1997 (Act No. 103 of 1997), I hereby, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, determine 1 April 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
