PROCLAMATION

COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 9, 10, 12 AND 17 OF THE
NATIONAL PROSECUTING
AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 32 OF 1998)
Under section 46 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), I hereby fix 1 August 1998 as the date on which sections 9, 10, 12 and 17 of the said Act shall come into operation.
