of the President of the Republic of South Africa

LOTTERIES ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 57 OF 1997)

In terms of section 69 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No 57 of 1997), I hereby determine 17 July 1998 as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the said Act shall come into operation.
