INDEPENDENT COMMISSION ON THE REMUNERATION OF PUBLIC OFFICE BEARERS ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 92 OF 1997)

Under section 14 of the independent Commission on the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers Act, 1997 (Act No. 92 of 1997), I hereby determine 29 June 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
