COMMENCEMENT OF THE STOCK EXCHANGES CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 14 OF 1998)

Under section 11 of the Stock Exchanges Control Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 14 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 June 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
