COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT COMPLEMENTARY ACT AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 79 OF 1997)

Under section 4 of the Constitutional Court Complementary Act Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 79 of 1997). I hereby fix 28 May 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
