EXPLOSIVES AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 83 OF 1997)

In terms of section 6 of the Explosives Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 83 of 1997), I hereby determine 8 May 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
