COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 51 TO 53 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 105 OF 1997)

Under section 54 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 105 of 1997), I hereby fix 1 May 1998 as the date on which sections 51 to 53 of the said Act shall come into operation.
