COMMENCEMENT OF THE DIVORCE COURTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 65 OF 1997)

Under section 5 of the Divorce Courts Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 65 of 1997), I hereby fix 6 April 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
