COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 6 AND 7 OF THE LEGAL AID AMENDMENT ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 20 OF 1996)

Under section 8 of the Legal Aid Amendment Act, 1996 (Act No. 20 of 1996), I hereby fix 1 April 1998 as the date on which sections 6 and 7 of the said Act shall come into operation.
