DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS RATIONALISATION ACT, 1998

COMMENCEMENT

In terms of section 8 of the Department of Communications Rationalisation Act, 1998 (Act No. 10 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 April 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
