SOUTH AFRICAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY LEVIES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 6 OF 1998)

In terms of section 4 of the South African Maritime Safety Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 6 of 1998),1 hereby determine 1 April 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
