SOUTH AFRICAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 5 OF 1998)

In terms of section 58 (1) of the South African Maritime Safety Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 5 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 April 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
