PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

No. R. 32, 1998

TRANSPORT DEREGULATION ACT, 1988 (ACT No. 80 OF 1988)

1. Under section 6 of the Transport Deregulation Act, 1988 (Act No. 80 of 1988), I hereby add to the said Act the following:

1. Agreement between South Africa and Malawi on Road Transportation as Schedule B;
2. Bilateral Agreement on the Carriage of Goods by Road between South Africa and Mozambique as Schedule C;
3. Bilateral Agreement on the Conveyance of Passengers by Road between South Africa and Mozambique as Schedule D;
4. Bilateral Agreement on the Carriage of Goods and Conveyance of Passengers by Road between South Africa and Zambia as Schedule E; and
5. Agreement between South Africa and Zimbabwe on Road Transportation as Schedule F.

2. The bilateral agreements referred to in paragraph 1 are available at the offices of the Department of Transport: Room 1020, Forum Building, Struben Street, Pretoria.
