CHILD CARE AMENDMENT ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 96 OF 1996)

In terms of section 20 of the Child Care Amendment Act, 1996 (Act No. 96 of 1996), I hereby determine 1 April 1998 as the date on which the said Act, excluding section 2 thereof, shall come into operation.
