PHARMACY AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 88 OF 1997)

COMMENCEMENT

Under section 46 of the Pharmacy Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 88 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 March 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation with the exception of sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 29, 30, 44.
