COMPENSATION FOR OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND DISEASES AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 61 OF 1997)

In terms of section 39 of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 61 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 March 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
