TRANSPORT GENERAL AMENDMENT ACT, 199S (ACT No. 16 OF 1996)

In terms of section 28 of the Transport General Amendment Act, 1995 (Act No. 16 of 1995), I hereby determine 1 March 1998 as the date on which sections 17 and 18 of the said Act shall come into operation.
