ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT, 1993 (ACT No. 39 OF 1993)

In terms of section 27 of the Road Traffic Amendment Act, 1993 (Act No. 39 of 1993), I hereby determine 1 March 1998 as the date on which sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the said Act shall come into operation.
