ROAD TRAFFIC SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 1992 (ACT No.40 OF 1992)

In terms of section 32 of the Road Traffic Second Amendment Act, 1992 (Act No. 40 of 1992), I  hereby determine 1 March 1998 as the date on which sections 6, 9, 11,13, 14, 15 and 16 of the said Act shall come into operation.
