ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1989 (ACT No. 29 OF 1989)

In terms of section 154 of the Road Traffic Act, 1989 (Act No. 29 of 1989), I hereby determine 1 March 1998 as the date on which the definition of "processional driving permit" in section 1 of the said Act, and sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49 of the Act, shall come into operation.
