REMUNERATION OF THE DEPUTY CHIEF JUSTICE

Under section 2 of the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 1989 (Act No. 88 of 1989), I hereby determine the rate, as indicated in the Schedule, at which the salary is payable to the Deputy Chief Justice with effect from 1 August 1997.
