COMMENCEMENT OF THE AVIATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 1996

In terms of section 30 of the Aviation Laws Amendment Act, 1996 (Act No. 98 of 1996), I hereby fix 31 December 1997 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
