FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1992 (ACT No. 83 OF 1992): COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 32 AND 33

In terms of section 39 (1) of the Financial Institutions Amendment Act, 1992 (Act No. 83 of 1992), I hereby determine 28 November 1997 as the date on which sections 32 and 33 of the said Act shall come into operation, and I withdraw Proclamation No. 69 of 15 October 1997 on account of its invalidity.
