FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1992 (ACT No. 83 OF 1992)

COMMENCEMENT: FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1992

In terms of section 39 (1) of the Financial Institutions Amendment Act, 1992 (Act No. 83 of 1992), I hereby determine 15 October 1997 as the date on which the said sections shall come into operation.
