COMMENCEMENT: SOUTH AFRICAN REVENUE SERVICE ACT, 1997 (ACT NO. 34 OF 1997)
In terms of section 35 (1) of the South African Revenue Service Act, 1997 (Act No. 34 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 October 1997 as the date on which the said Act shall take effect.
