COMMENCEMENT: ROAD TRAFFIC SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 1992 (ACT No. 40 OF 1992)

In terms of section 32 of the Road Traffic Second Amendment Act, 1992 (Act No. 40 of 1992), I hereby determine the date of publication hereof as the date on which sections 18, 19 and 20 of the said Act shall come into operation.
