COMMENCEMENT: ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT, 1991 (ACT NO. 73 OF 1991)

In terms of section 30 of the Road Traffic Amendment Act, 1991 (Act No. 73 of 1991), I hereby determine the date of publication hereof as the date on which sections 15, 16 and 29 (2) of the said Act shall come into operation.
