COMMENCEMENT: ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1989 (ACT No. 29 OF 1989)

In terms of section 154 of the Road Traffic Act, 1989 (Act No. 29 of 1989), I hereby determine the date of publication hereof as the date on which sections 62 (2), (3), (4) and (5), 63 to 69 and 71 of the said Act shall come into operation.
