FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 22 OF 1997): COMMENCEMENT
In terms of section 6 of the Financial Institutions Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 22 of 1997), I hereby determine 12 September 1997 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
