COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 4 OF THE STOCK EXCHANGES CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT, 1995 (ACT NO. 54 OF 1995)
In terms of section 52 of the Stock Exchanges Control Amendment Act, 1995 (Act No. 54 of 1995), I hereby determine 1 July 1997 as the date on which the said section of the Act shall come into operation.
