INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE PREVENTION OF POLLUTION FROM SHIPS AMENDMENT ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 66 OF 1996)
In terms of section 10 of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships Amendment Act, 1996 (Act No. 66 of 1996), I hereby determine 20 June 1997 as the date on which section 8 of the said Act shall come into operation.
