NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 102 OF 1996): COMMENCEMENT

In terms of section 22 of the National Small Business Act, 1996 (Act No. 102 of 1996), I hereby determine 20 June 1997 as the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
