TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 103 OF 1996): COMMENCEMENT
In terms of section 131 of the Telecommunications Act, 1996 (Act No. 103 of 1996), I hereby determine 1 July 1997 as the date on which the remainder of the said Act which did not come into operation on 15 November 1996 or 21 February 1997, shall come into operation.
