AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994 (PROCLAMATION NO. 103 OF 1994)

Under the powers vested in me by section 7 (5) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, in accordance with the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, Schedule 1 of the said Act by the deletion in column II of the words "Chief of the National Defence Force" and the insertion of the words "Secretary for Defence" as head of department in terms of the Public Service Act.
