TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS: ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAND BANK ACT, 1944 (ACT NO. 13 OF 1944)

Under section 97 (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996), I hereby transfer the administration of the Land Bank Act, 1944 (Act No. 13 of 1944), from the Minister of Finance to the Minister of Agriculture with effect from 1 April 1997.
