Under item 14 (1) of Schedule 6 to the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996), I hereby assign sections 1 (4), 4 (10), 20 (2), 24 (2), 25 (7), and 26 (3) of the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 (Act No. 95 of 1986), to an authority within a provincial executive designated by the Executive Council of each of the provinces mentioned in section 103 (1) of the Constitution.
