TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 103 OF 1996)

COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 30 (3) (a) AND (c)

Under section 131 of the Telecommunications Act, 1996 (Act No. 103 of 1996), I hereby determine 21 February 1997 as the date on which sections 30 (3) (a) and (c) of the said Act shall come into operation.
