DEMOBILISATION ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 99 OF 1996) - COMMENCEMENT

Under section 16 of the Demobilisation Act, 1996 (Act No. 99 of 1996), I hereby determine 17 February 1997 as the date on which the provisions of the sections of the said Act shall come into operation and I withdraw Proclamation No. R. 71 of 6 December 1996 on account of its invalidity.
